The Master of Science in Management (MSM) is designed for professionals who are assuming greater management responsibilities within the government, corporations and voluntary agencies. The program emphasizes the leading-edge management skills and technical expertise that are the basis for success in modern organizations.

Throughout the curriculum, major emphasis is placed on the effects of rapid technological change on organizations and administrative processes, and the consequent ethical and moral responsibilities of managers to society at large.

The First Semester begins with an in-depth understanding of human behavior, which is essential for successful managers. The Second focuses on similarities and differences in government, business and non-profits, and the Third gives attention to planning, budgeting, auditing and financial operations in the context of economic reality, social conditions and governmental controls. The Fourth involves management principles, ethics and organizational reponsibilities.
