Democracy Hall of Fame International

International Graduate University's Democracy Hall of Fame International is inducting a distinguished business woman, Dr. Julia P. Marshall, in a festive dinner ceremony, Dr. Julia P. Marshall, a successful business, educational, and community leader of Washington, DC, on Saturday, September 25, 2010. The theme of this special program is the essential role of private enterprise in the development and maintenance of democracies in the world. In addition to Dr. Marshall's address during which she will share her wisdome learned from establishing and operating a highly praised business. Presiding during the induction will be the Chairman of the Industrial Bank of Washington, Mr. Clinton W. Chapman, Esq. Dr. Jimmy R. Jenkins, Sr.. President of Livingstone College and Dr. Walter E. Boek, President of International Graduate University.

The program is to begin with a reception in the Hall on 13th Street Southeast, between D and E Streets, followed at 6PM by the Presentation of Colors by the Honor Guard of the Metropolitan Police Department and then dinner and the program.
